We are pleased to announce that FAUST and St. Thomas University have reached a memorandum of agreement on significant changes to Article 12 of the Full-time Collective Agreement, which will result in the elimination of mandatory retirement at age sixty-five.  The changes will be formally ratified when the next collective agreement is ratified. In the meantime, the employer  will begin to implement the changes to Article 12, which  will protect employees scheduled to retire on 30 June 2010.
